Nrithya Share Sound – Zoom app guide

What it is

Nrithya Share Sound is a small Zoom app for Nrithya Dances teachers. While it is open in a class, it notes when the teacher shares her screen with computer sound, so we can check songs are played through Zoom. It does not see, record or send any audio, video, screen content or chat.

How to add the app

1. Open the app link shared by Nrithya and sign in to Zoom with your teaching account.

2. Click "Allow" to add Nrithya Share Sound.

How to use it in a class

1. Start your Zoom class as usual.

2. Click "Apps" in the meeting toolbar, then "Nrithya Share Sound". Keep the panel open during the class.

3. To play a song, click "Share", tick "Share sound", and share. Nothing else is needed.

How to remove the app

1. Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and sign in.

2. Click "Manage", then "Added Apps".

3. Find Nrithya Share Sound and click "Remove".

After removal, no new information is sent. Saved records are deleted after 1 year, or sooner if you ask us.
