TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please find below our full terms and conditions. By completing and signing the registration form to enrol with the Nrithya dance school, You are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed below.
Any participant currently enrolled with the us who has not signed our new registration form is also bound to these terms and conditions by their continuing to attend classes.
REFUND POLICY
Nrithya will not, under any circumstances issue refunds. Except if you wish to cancel the registration 12 hours before the course starts. In that case the refund will take 5 to 7 working days .
If the participant has to leave the course or online workshops due to any personal reason whatsoever, he/she will NOT be entitled to any refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations after joining the course for any reason will not be cancelled or refunded . The cancellation policy applies to all studio users and online users. No refund or cancellation will be made for late cancellations under any circumstances
HOW IS IT CONDUCTED
The Classes will be happening live in ZOOM MEETINGS There will be two sessions in a week, One session will be one hour. So a total of EIGHT sessions in a month.Moreover, rather than the 8 Sessions, the participant has to practice the other days on their own. We will be following up in the follow-up group too.And we will be providing Exercises too so that participants can do the home works assigned and post it in the follow-up group. Also you ll be added to NRITHYA STUDENT CARE WHATSAPP GROUP,
FEES PAYMENT
a) Fees Payment has to made in advance . we wont be collecting any registration fees,
b) Fees Payments can be made by cash, online transaction.
c) Monthly Fees Payment has to be made before or on date, The fees date will be calculated from the first day of the class, Eg: If the participant's first class was on July 15th then then next Fees date will be on Aug 15th.
d) If the participant doesnt attend the classes, school will not be refunding and wont be adjusting the fees to coming month.
e) If the participant has to take emergency leave for one day or so, then we ll allow him / her to attend with any of the other on going batch, And also we ll be providing recording of the class if available.
f) In any case Fees date will not be adjusted
g) We reserve the right to suspend the attendees classes and any overdue payments have been received.
h) By all means participant has to attend all the classes as committed, If in any rare condition School have to postpone the class, then we ll reschedule the missed class as soon as possible.

WHAT TO WEAR
a) Classical Dance students must follow Indian Cultural Costumes, Like Salwars, Churidhars, etc. They Must be wearing a Shawl on every class. The classes has to happen is a disciplined manner.
b) Bollywood Hiphop students can wear comfortable dress which are comfortable for body movements.

EXAMINATION
a) We ll be conducting the exams in particular timings as required. will be announcing to the students periodically.

MISCELLANEOUS
a) Photographs and video footage of pupils taken by Nrithya may be used on our website/facebook page and for publicity purposes. If you do not wish your student's image to be used for these purposes you must inform us in writing.
b.Attendance at class is deemed to be acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

a) All teachers are professionally qualified, Trained and Experts in Teaching However, due to the nature of teaching performing arts, sometimes it is necessary to be strict in class . This is always conducted with care and professionalism.
